Buy or Build a LoRa Radio Device
You need a small radio device that can communicate with the <a href="/en/meshcore/" class="text-inherit hover:text-alert-600 transition-colors">MeshCore</a> network via LoRa radio. You can buy them ready-made or build your own if you're technical.

Some devices come ready-made with MeshCore. Otherwise you need to install the software. Don't worry: there are guides and the community is happy to help!
Go to GuidesConnect It to Your Phone
Connect your LoRa radio device via Bluetooth to your smartphone (just like headphones). Download the MeshCore app and follow the instructions to pair.
Note: The MeshCore app is available for both Android and iPhone
Test Your Connection
Send a test message to see if everything works. If there are other MeshCore users nearby in the Netherlands, you can see them on the network and send a message.
