What is the LilyGo T-Beam v1.2?
The LilyGo T-Beam v1.2 is one of the most popular devices in the mesh network community. With built-in NEO-6M GPS, 18650 battery holder and SX1262 LoRa module, this is a complete solution for outdoor mesh communication with location tracking.
This model has been around for years and has proven itself as a reliable workhorse. The v1.2 revision has an improved AXP2101 power management chip. The 0.96" OLED screen (sold separately) displays messages and status.
The T-Beam is developed by LilyGo (Shenzhen Xinyuan Electronic Technology), a Chinese manufacturer founded in 2018 that specializes in IoT development boards. They have their own factory and all boards are designed by their own engineers.

Note: Only use flat-top unprotected 18650 cells. The OLED screen must be purchased separately (or choose the soldered variant). The included antenna is basic quality - upgrade for better range.
